"First, I would wonder what his baseline BP is and then had he been sick, is he dehydrated? If not those numbers are not crazy but I would follow up with primary care. If he is symptomatic, i.e.: dizziness, sweating, passing out, he should be seen in an Emergency Department immediately."

I had very high bp. I started a keto intermittent fasting diet. I ate once or sometimes twice a day (late breakfast followed by early lunch, never ate dinner). I'd walk 4 miles a day, five times a week. My bp dropped sharply after a couple of months.
