I started this and am a week in... I am doing the 16:8 because it works well with my schedule. The hardest part for me is 10 AM when my stomach starts howling! ha. But I chug a few glasses of water and that does the trick.

I feel more energized and now when I eat, I am full quickly.

no problem :) i find i get stomach growling at the 18 hour mark. thats when my stomach is completely empty of food and any fasting after that i really feel myself tapping into my body fat stores for energy expenditure. i dont like to go beyond 18 hours much anymore but i just eat when i am hungry :) i have been experimenting with fasting since ~2009. my goal is to maintain my weight right now. i used to enjoy fasting longer when i did fasted workouts and runs; that was challenging.
