Not as much as I used to. I used to hold on to quite a bit. I actually survived a suicide attempt that put me in icu for a while back in 2012. My world still didn't really crumble until 2017 when my dad passed, I was 43 then. My world crumbled but it didn't break, now that I look back. I don't know, since then, a lot of different things have taught me how to let go and not hang on to so much. I still get mad, sad and aggravated at times but it doesn't stay long anymore. It's crazy how I can look at my past and now see and feel the calmness. I can dm you my number if ya ever wanna text or call sometime. I'm just an ol country boy. Lol.
