Battling trying to avoid the Hospital.

Have had bad back issues for yrs really but the last couple of days something has changed and the ante has been raised extremely.

Prayers would be appreciated, it seems I may have maxed out on pain tolerance and mobility. 😓

Me too. Seeing chiropractor for 2.5 months now, I’m crooked everywhere. Started seeing an acupuncturist other day. I’ll see how that goes. Prayers up for you❤️

Many of the Chiropractors have the DRX machines as well that stretch the vertebra apart. That helps early on for a while.

I get adjustments, then shock therapy…it’s not that type of shock therapy 🤣, it’s a tool that pounds a small amount of pressure on my shoulder muscles, then I get put on the decompression table. I call it the Frankenstein table 🤣

It’s traction but electrically maneuvered. It’s very subtle & slow. I’m committed to a year of treatment so will see how this works. I felt good after the acupuncture tx as well, go back on Monday for another one.

My X-rays show my neck has no curve but I’ve had whiplash 2x. My clavicles are crooked & my lumbar is off due to a possible 6th vertebrae that shifts my hips a lot causing pain in my legs, but the adjustments r helping. Had to find a more thorough chiropractor though as the other wasn’t as thorough. Also my right toes were starting to go cool not good
