I am asking prayer for energy , to be able to still get the things done that have to be done each day . Please 🙏 It's getting harder 😔

I am about 2 months in to adding qigong to my day routine.
HELPS TREMENDOUSLY with physical complaints, even ENERGY.
Prayer helps the soul.
We aren’t meant to be sufficient stuck in a 3 D ecosystem. Forces us to grow & connect to God…makes us functional as His original intent.
With God all things are possible.
