They had to make MILLIONS of these things.

Aside from banking, dual government, court systems, property ownership (Not!), birth certificates, becoming a State National, etc. got more factual info from his Out of Babylon conference in Northern Cal than from anyone else.
Just a couple of several confirmations:
David was on the helicopter that flew JFK, Jr. and Gene Ho to the top of Washington's head in July 2020.
David has seen the new U.S. Notes and states new Treasury is near Reno.
Knowing Davids background is important to his credibility.

May be a reference to the abolishment of slavery, which didn't actually happen.
Like most government and religious docs, very few people actually read them and merely take the word of others.
