Copper!!! The balance is so important

This is true! I stopped coloring my hair a little over a year ago because I found out that our hair is actually an antenna. I have been coloring my hair for about 40 years, and covering up my antennas!

I have given up everything with chemicals in them over the last 23 years, and my hair color is the only thing left with chemicals. So, about a year ago, I stopped coloring my hair. Also, if you consider that "what you resist, persists", I was resisting my gray hair by coloring it, so it persisted.

My hair came in white, and I had about 12 inches of white hair and then 12 inches of brown hair below that. My hair is long.

I've been storing my filtered drinking water in copper pitchers, and have been drinking it from a copper cup. I eat foods that are high in copper content, and my hair is gradually going back to my natural color.

Me too Auntie, stopped highlighting about 10 years ago bc my grey is coming in blonde...God knew what he was doing... also I haven't cut my hair in 6 years, it's passed my waist and I wear it up all the time in hot and humid FL, talk about a fookng headache.. Ugggg I should just cut it, but I can't bring myself to do it. I have a female Sampson complex... LOL LOL 😜😂😂

My last haircut was in October of 2020. At that time, it was about shoulder length. We were in Northern California for a year after that, and I was so looking forward to another haircut when we got back to So Cal in October 2021. Unfortunately, my hairdresser passed away from the jab that month, so I never got a haircut. It's now down to the middle of my back. I'm going to just let it grow. I would love to have it past my waist! Never had it that long before.

That's where I grew up in the South Bay (Redondo, Hermosa,Manhattan, PV) Catalina was just a boat ride away..
Love my home town, hope to be back someday to do some much needed humanitarian work..🙏
