I just made a black seed tincture the other day. 6 week wait now. The handsome has a back Injury from Iraq war so i hope this helps him.

WHOLE 45 minutes in the soak...if he can.....whole bag of epsom salt then ever like two or three days for like thirty minutes.

I will look into all of that..thanks! i do make him soak in epson salt baths. He has been working to clear land for our house remodel so has been hurting more. I have liquid black seed but he hates the taste of it. One of my oldest friends has started doing tinctures and told me to try this. She said add a little OJ to a shot glass to help taste
