A question in dire need of being wrestled with in the mind of every free-thinking person on earth no matter the soil's locality that your feet stand upon.
Revisit the Magna Carta, and start understanding that to "Rule" is only "granted" by those being ruled every time.
The sheep in a panic seek the location of the herd immediately when separated from it and let free, the hawk doesn't even stay connected to this realm but climbs above it and so sees it all below from a superior and self-attained position of view.
Governments live on paper only, take control of your real life and YOUR governments.
But please people, do indeed become educated at least in some basics of law for your own sakes, it's free and simple if you'd just "read"!
