I did have a rough day of #ascensionsymptoms yesterday. Today seems much, much better! I do still feel like I’m on fire internally a little. At least not sick like yesterday! I couldn’t get all my water in yesterday because I would feel nauseous. So today, water water water water water! It is cold here and I hate it but I’ll sit in my car to soak all the ☀️ in with the window down and epsom salt/bubble 🛀! 😂 DO YOU!
