The concept was considered “a novel lighting system” designed to create “a single virtual source” of light. But why would we need an artificial reflector powered by our own Sun? What applicability does this have?
Why would they need that?

Only a guess....
But they've been spraying aluminum and barium via chemtrails on us for decades to "block out the sun" and it's harmful rays...
Were they creating a fake sun to make us think that our real sun is still there?
