I worked in public service for yrs and one thing I learned was to not take it personal because you NEVER KNOW what that person. Might have been thr that day before they crossed your path!
I very rarely get angry because of remembering something someone much smarter than me told me a long time ago, "There is NO ONE on the planet that can actually make me mad, if I get mad it is because I CHOSE to get mad"
