How many have ever had Food Poisoning really bad ? I've had it really bad once , but I've unfortunately had it three times.

It adds acid to stomach and kills all microbes instantly. May need 2-4 of 650 mg capsules. Helps digest protein in general. Healthy stomach makes enough acid but this is natural help when extra acid is needed. Acid gets digested in an hour when food moves on from stomach.
