I get a little giggle watching some people accuse other people of being shills or infiltrators or turncoats. My own backstory of “algebra of telecoms network performance” is just too absurd, outlandish, and preposterous as a set-up for doing geopolitical disinformation and subversion. Why go to such lengths to establish a reputation in an obscure field — only to trash it? You can tell what’s real a lot of the time because it is way too silly for anyone to make it up.
