It's really sad...at least our level. Most farms from 40 years ago (in my case since 1933) are Trusts, Those family members that are part of the Trust always got paid but when they're tempted with $millions they sell out the rest of the family....those that actually farmed. I drive by my farm every day & I can't even go there since my extended family that I haven't even seen in 40 yrs. decided that they wanted to sell. I'm part of the Trust since I'm a great grandchild.

Everything is about money. No one gives a shit about heritage. I think Trusts are too binding. Not a fan anymore,
