You're welcome!! i got the started kit...came with the jar, salt rocks, a book on water and salt and a big bag of cooking salt. I thinknit was around 49.00 for the kit

As they start to dissolve down tou can add more...i am still on my original that i got a few months ago. Taste wise I don't find it terribly salty but that may just be me

I am going to try it out. What type of filtered water do you use? Do you just drink it first thing in the morning? Sorry...so many questions. 🤣

Ask away lol. I used distilled water or our house filtered water. Yep, I drink it first thing in the morning...12 oz of water and use the wooden spoon that comes with kit, don't use metal spoons..it's about a tablespoon of sole. I usually stir water in my glass with wooden spoon before I drink it
