Can't even tell you how many of my Christian Sisters do "Holy Yoga" or Christian Yoga....or just flat regular yoga. They do not see any problem with it and you can't tell them. Our Nat Path doctor tried for YEARS to get us to do yoga and other things...due to our health issues....we just kept refusing until one day my autism spectrum daughter got mad at her and told her I DO NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT DOING YOGA EVER AGAIN. I WILL NOT DO IT. IT GOES AGAINST MY BELIEFS. The doctor never brought it up again until she later diagnosed us both with Ehlors Danlos...and casually said...okay...so no yoga for either of you. Right. Got it.

Black seed oil is great, most things are us not having by God given right what we should food wise, IE none of their devil food.

Yah...after this last pneumonia scare...that SHE said was pneumonia....and her not following up with me when the xray came back clear....after putting me on almost $200 worth of supplements for PNEUMONIA....do I keep taking them? Do I stop? I still hear crackling...what is it? Nodda. So we are officially DONE with her. Sad her business practice partner was a Christian and we LOVED her and she helped us for years...till she left to do mission work. We've been at that office for more than a decade. But it's no longer a helpful option. :/ I keep hearing about black seed oil. I'll have to look into it more.
