I am not sure how a 21 year old Joe Biden could have been involved in JFKs murder. He did not even graduate college until 1965 so it was not like he was involved with government at all yet. It was George Bush senior who was involved. One of the only people that when interviewed could not remember where he was on that day. Everyone alive when JFK was assassinated knows exactly where they were. After the assassination, George Bush senior became head of the CIA. Even Barbara Bush, years later slipped up and said she and George were in Texas the day of the assassination. I believe the letter was sent for some other treasonous thing pedo joe did.
