I thought this was related yesterday. Portman retired and last day was Monday. I also searched for stories and pics of the KY governor for the bridge meeting, but there were none as of late last night. Odd that McConnell would need to be there. Did Damar's family get coerced or incentivized?

Same. The "ONLY" logical explanation for the logo-free ambulance, is that they didn't pay to advertise at NFL games. They could then have a logo-free one on standby. I don't think that's the case, but it does have a tiny bit of merit.
