because of his endorsement of McCarthy.

It's possible... but Scotus' decision, one way or another, is going to make too much noise to stay hidden... Or maybe the current drama is just to buy time... Either Scotus blows up the DC machine, or "Election +1" blows up everything... Putin and Xi are ready too...
