Don't let socials screw with your mental state. This is not the time to be addicted to drama. Lot's of FUD. Surround yourselves with positive people. The general consensuses has been NCSWIC. So why worry about it.

i agree with this. i could try to read all the information i can consume everyday almost all day and feel overwhelmed. i know there is a plan in place. i know good will triumph over evil. i know some things are in my control and some are not. it is easy to give into fear. i have been working on manifesting positive vibes, being grateful for the good in the world and continuing to believe better days are ahead.
