I believe he meant that because of the fraud, the currently installed criminal government doesn't respect any rules, regulations, or articles—including the Constitution itself. (This is evident when you consider how the Jan 6 political prisoners are being treated, that an invasion of foreigners is being allowed in, how the FBI and DOJ are serving to protect the criminal elites, and how the government is infringing our individual rights.)

But of course the MSM will breathlessly report that he's calling for an insurrection, ignoring the fact that the election fraud effectively was one.
