I’ve been reliving trauma (like PTSD symptoms) the past few days and it’s happened on and off for several years but the difference in the past 2 days is that an inner voice told me what I have to do in order to heal from it.
I’m taking it that by doing so, the PTSD symptoms will permanently stop.
