Always amuses me when people assume that banks lend money from deposits, or through capital received from investors. Professors teach this to students. You have economists working at the Fed who also believe that this fairy tale.

The money is created at the same instance that the loan is generated. There is never enough capital available to support the volume of loans that go out. There is no fractional reserve, just pure fiat money.
