Please pray for my hand, my youngest dog, bit it, and I need it to stop bleeding. Nasty bite, and I am NOT going to a doctor. He didn't mean to do it, we all know our skin gets thinner as we get older, it is the top of my hand. I have it pressure dressed, but it is still bleeding.

Keep your hand above your heart until the bleeding stops. That reduces the pressure from pushing against your body's attempts to close the wound.
