We have a Community Bank in our town. You can look up info on public records & They offer their family members and cronies “limitless line of credit” as long as they make the original mortgage payment. I couldn’t even get the paycheck protection loan when Covid started because they served clients with high account balances first. I hope it gets shut down or blown up on Nov 5th!!

I see a possible third scenario:

That we keep the central banks to actually help with having some sort of central control for utilizing universial basic income etc and to have a structure for the world wide economy. In that case CBDCs would work as a transparent and mostly automated system owned by we the people - with the evil people gone. Private owned banks would we taken down and not even allowed.

Or, after the banks all setup, then the Whitehats pull the internet plug and connect to Starlink or similar.
