C-Diff eats sugar while good bacteria eat fiber, so eat lots of fiber, no sugar and low carbs.
We made lots of soup with sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini and ginger. No bread, sugar, coffee and alcohol.

After 2 weeks, 1000 mg of Vitamin C 2 x day to heal the colon. Be careful with the Vitamin C start with a lower amount and build. Vitamin C can cause diarrhea.

We healed our 83 year old mother and brother-in-law from CDiff from too many antibiotics. Flagyl and vancomycin were what the doctors prescribed to get rid of C-Diff instead we read the Peggy Lillis Foundation information at

Our protocol was the following
3 times a day on an empty stomach, wait 30 minutes. We used 2 oz Kefir to mix the drops in - mom like that better than water.
• 30 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract
• 4 drops of Oil of Oregano (medicinal not aromatherapy)
• 2 capsules of Florastor S. Boulardij Probiotic morning and evening
• 1 capsule of Dr Pearlmutter 50-billion 10-strain Probiotic 2 x day (if taking Vanco, 2 hours after Vanco).

Thank you for posting this! My grandfather will be 81 Sunday and he had CDiff months ago! We gave him probotics to rebuild his gut after too many antibiotics
