I thought it was old age, in addition to feeling tired and slow, my back is acting up. This whole week. I'm starting to miss the warm weather, lol.

I’ve been averaging not quite 4 hrs sleep at night, if itake a nap dur8ngvthe day, it screws with my 4 hrs at night! ugh!!
