Our Dad's are something special aren't they?
Mine has been gone since 11/22/91 and I still miss my rock.
He drilled two things in our heads growing up!
1. Can't never could do anything!
2. Your name is the most important thing you will ever OWN, make sure that ppl respect it as good and honest.

Mine has been gone since 87, we butt heads like two bulls, but on more than one occasion i saw him help people less fortunate, once paying for groceries when the mom didn’t have enough money (God did that because my dad NEVER went to the grocery, and for me to be there with him and see this was definitely God)

My parents weren’t well-off or anything but they had a comfortable life, so helping others was his deal, i guess because he grew up with nothing, his parents passed before he ever knew them...... i wonder if he learned this from someone else and if so who 🤷🏼♀️ he refused to even speak of his family, so I know nothing about them.

We were same, when my Dad passed away we all knew that there was literally no telling how many ppl owed him money nor how much as he was always lending money to ppl in need.
No we were not well off either but both my parents worked hard at more than one job so we had what we needed.
