Anyone try Keto?

I’ve tried everything and I’m still fat and get bloated. 🤦🏼♀️ Eat meat,don’t eat meat. Go plant based,don’t go plant based. I am seriously so tired of it all. Now add menopause to the equation,forget it. Ya I’m a little frustrated. What were we talking about again? Keto,yes I have tried it. 😂

I understand! I have adrenal fatigue which causes multiple problems in the body. I started going to Acupuncturist last week. Since adrenals are just above the kidneys she worked on the kidney meridian line of the body. She said when kidneys aren't working right the body bloats no matter how healthy you eat. I felt so much better after the first treatment. Worth checking into acupuncture. BTW, it does not hurt. :)

I’ve done acupuncture. I really only feel bloated when I eat gluten. I wish I didn't have to eat. 😂
