Now that's some horror movie stuff right there. Demons could be described as electrical frequencies of sorts, thus i would guess this has something to do with vaccines and/or 5G (or something similar).
You can see the first guy is thrown under the train, and that's what demons will do, like the possessed boy in the Bible who was thrown into water and fire
