There are grounding sheets, but it's more like a thin blanket. I bought one 1-2 years ago.

Many things changed. I don't know for sure the sheets are what precipitated the changes, but I sleep better, I've lost lots of weight (but I did stop eating meat and drinking alcohol 29 days out of 30), I have more stamina, better mood....
