So, Trump has had an attempted assassination, and survived. Now, he's looking really good, right? How could the deep state and the Ds possibly overcome these optics?

Well, I'll tell you, and it's actually pretty simple.

The Ds have a bit of a "problem child" of their own, don't they? And now that a narrative has been started, that being "people are now trying to go kinetic with their hate for the other side", they could go with that narrative, and set up another patsy, possibly someone wearing a MAGA hat with crazy social media posts right before they either attempt to assassinate their "problem child" and possibly their "vice problem child" as well.
This could neutralize the current elevated status Trump has been raised to with undecided voters, as well as open the door for them to put who they REALLY want in the running for Pres and vice Pres.
