Praise God, no migraine this morning!
I'm rather disappointed though. I had hoped to hear from the pain clinic yesterday, with my next appointment for injections. Didn't happen. That tells me I won't have the procedure this week. I have to be off the blood thinner two days before the procedure, and they had to have written permission from my cardiologist to stop taking it. They don't do procedures on Friday. So hopefully I can have the injections next week sometime.
The sciatica seems to be taking longer to start after I get up in the mornings. I have learned to take a pain pill as soon as I get up to head off the pain. After I get my work done with the animals, start laundry, do a little housework (I'm so far behind) and take a shower, I'm exhausted from the pain. I plan to make a spaghetti casserole this morning so I can eat something besides soup and sandwiches. Please keep me in your prayers. I hate having to plan my life around pain.

I HATE FIBROMYALGIA! Like I'm already in enough pain from sciatica and my neck hurting, now I'm in a flare with fibromyalgia, and it's in my ribs on the left side. OMG, it hurts to breathe. I smell like blue emu oil and absorbine Jr. Holding an ice pack to my ribs, too, but the pain isn't going away. Prayers please.

Two days ago I started taking a product called Neurovital. It is supposed to help heal nerves. I have to say my pain is a lot less this morning. Will see, I haven't done much yet today, but I haven't taken anything for pain since I've been up and that is a switch.
