It hires only homeless people to care for rescued dogs and cats. Staff feed, clean, and comfort the animals while learning about health and behavior. The pets receive steady love and attention, and the workers gain income, skills, and dignity. As animals grow healthier and more trusting, they are adopted faster. At the same time, employees build confidence and hope. Compassion here is not charity ... it is opportunity for both people and pets.
