Space X (yes -Elon Musk) was working with NK to give them the rocket technology. All of those “fails” Elon launched offshore that landed in the ocean: intentionally done so that parts could be picked up by NK/China and assembled again.

The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters.
