Is Your Life A Message?

2 Peter 2:5 says, “God did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly.” Noah was a preacher of righteousness. His whole life was the message. He was not perfect by any stretch. His whole pursuit, though, became the message of his life. Is your life a message? When you walk into your workplace or the unemployment office where you hope to get a job, is your life a message? Is your conversation a message? Are your pursuits a message? In your home, are you a message to your family? Are you wholeheartedly pursuing the things of God? Is the Kingdom of God your primary obsession in life? Do you long to do what God says is right and walk away from what God says is wrong? I don't know about you, but I want my entire life to be a message. It all begins with prayer.

Co-Operate With The Voice of God

King David knew the power of God. He knew that miracles start to happen when God speaks and you move in the direction of His voice. Things that any amount of natural human effort can't do come into view, and people around you are encouraged. David knew this power the day he stood in the valley and fought against a giant. Not one man in the army of Israel dared to fight, so God sent a teenage boy who could hear His voice. He was able to be stirred by the Lord's leading and for God's glory. He faced a humanly impossible battle. When we begin to cooperate with the voice of God, God begins to do something through us that only He can do. My brother, my sister, don't count yourself out of the battle. God has something supernatural He wants to do through your life.

Acts 2023

Hebrews 13:8 says that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He doesn't change. We either think that or we don't. In this generation, we have to get to a point where we believe that the God of Acts 2 is still the God of Acts 2023. Nothing has changed; God will still respond when we cry out to Him. He will take us out of the natural and into the supernatural. Through us, He can still do signs and wonders. God can manifest His glory through our lives and do in and through us what we never thought we could do. All that's required on our part is to believe. In the Early Church, they prayed. Will You Answer The Call

When we seek God and pray, the Holy Spirit imparts something from the heart of God into our lives. We're being called for a specific purpose He has outlined for us. It's not a purpose that we can figure out for ourselves with all of our jostling, thoughts, and study. It's a calling that God has for each of us. When we begin to pray, the burden that He has for our lives starts to come into focus, and we realize it's been planted there sovereignly by God. The good news is you don't have to work it up. The Spirit of God begins to work inside our hearts and lives. This call has been an astounding one that I've come to know in my own life, and it's not just for a few; it's for everyone. Today, will you answer the call? Will you begin to call out?

As The Scripture Foretold

Genesis 6, verses 5 and 11: "Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually….The Earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence." We can expect society to degenerate into this kind of behavior. If you open your eyes, you can see it happening rapidly now. Violence is becoming accepted in our society; lying is a standard way of life. Truth, as Isaiah said, is falling into the street. Morality is no longer anywhere to be found. People are taking evil and calling it good and the good of God and calling it evil—exactly as the scripture foretold about the last days. Is there something in your heart telling you we're living in a time when you feel like all hell can break loose on our streets and society?

Will You Be Aware

Listen to the words of Jesus in Matthew 24:37–38: “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the son of man be, for as in the days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving and marriage until the day that Noah entered the ark.” Now, eating, drinking, marrying, and giving in marriage is not evil. Jesus is saying that society will be carrying on as if there are 1,000 years ahead of them. Most people will be completely unaware of the day in which they are living. They will not know that the end of all things has come upon them. Jesus said we are in this age. Folks, are we aware of the time? Are we ready? Are we just going through life forgetting the words of Jesus? How frightening—let's not waste any more time. Let's reach someone with the love of God.

Thanksgiving 2023

Psalm 145, starting in verse 14: “The Lord upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, and You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them.” Thank God for these words. Thank God for this revelation of His heart. Thank Him for what He has done in all of our lives. Thank God for those who are listening today who know Him as Savior. For those who don't know Him and are listening, thank Him that He will hear your cry today. Happy Thanksgiving to everybody.

The Voice of The Lord

The voice of the Lord is above every voice. When you learn to hear the voice of God, start moving toward it. Move toward the longing God places in your heart, the thought that He plants there. Get up, go where God is calling you to, and do what He asks you to do. It's not by might, power, or intellect but by the Spirit of God that the victory will be won in your life. Watch what God can do when you surrender your life and follow His leading. You will do things you never thought you were capable of doing. He will glorify Himself through your life. It's For All

When I first got saved, I read my Bible and wept because it washed over me. The Word of God gave me hope for the future, and I began to have victory over areas in my life with which I struggled. Reading the Word of God washed the old ways of thinking, attitudes, and struggles away. The psalmist David once said, "The entrance of the word of God gives light." When we have light, we can see farther than in the dark. When we have light, God sets a pathway that opens before us, and we can see where He wants our lives. We begin to see the power God is willing to give us so that we can fulfill His calling on each of our lives. The great news I've learned over the years is that this miracle is not just for a select few—it's for you. It's for all of us. Ask God about it today.

Go Beyond Your Doubts

In Esther 4:16, the queen says, "And so I will go to the King, which is against the law, and if I perish, I perish." There comes a point when we have to go beyond our doubts. God is not offended by our doubts. He's not offended by our questions. But there is a point where we move beyond our questions and doubts and pray something like this: Whatever it costs me in the future, if you are with me, I know I can get through it. Esther wasn't going to the king for herself. She was going for the sake of others who would've no hope if somebody didn't stand for them. If we don't go to the throne in this generation, multiples of millions of people will suffer in the days ahead. We are the bride of the King. We have access to the throne. It's time to use our voices. It's time to cry out for the benefit of others.

God, I Want To Be Sure

Judges 6:36–37: “So Gideon said to God, ‘If you will save Israel by my hand, as you have said, look, I shall put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor, if there is dew on the fleece only and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that you will save Israel by my hand, as you have said.’” Here was his prayer, plain and simple. "God, I want to be sure you're calling me to do this." God is not offended by that prayer. If He starts speaking to your heart about something He wants to do through your life, He is not offended. God is not offended if you're aware of your weakness and inability. If a persistent voice speaks to your heart, calling you to a place you've never been, God wants this honesty. It is the very heart of prayer.

We Can Stand In These Last Days

We need a biblical worldview in our generation today because it is the foundation that promises us the ability to see a secure future as hopelessness and lawlessness increase all around us. God promises to be the voice that says, "This is the way; walk in it." He promises to be our strength and our guide. The Word of God brings us into an incredible provision that we need to face in life. Psalm 119:130 says, "The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple." In other words, God's Word banishes confusion. Everything that would want to cloud our minds and bring hopelessness into our hearts is now dissipated as we dwell on the Word of God. It's time, my brother and sister, to get into the Word of God and embrace His promises so we can stand in these last days.

God Wants To Use You

Let's pray that you experience what the Early Church did on Pentecost. The people gathered together in their weakness, but God came into the room suddenly. When He entered the room, He infused those people with His life. He intertwined His own life with theirs. Their weakness yielded to the strength of God, their confusion to His clarity of thinking, their powerlessness to an ability to stand before their generation with an anointing that only could be given by God. God wants to anoint you with power so that you can stand. There's no reason to live in mediocrity when He's willing to do this kind of thing in the life of everyone He calls His own.

We Must Pray For Israel

Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil. We must pray for Israel and those who attack her. Prayer is our weapon, and through God's grace, we will fight even for our enemies. We recognize that this war is not against individuals but against evil. By God's grace, we fight for every Jew and every Gentile. We fight for those imprisoned and those who have not known Christ as their Lord and Savior. There are people on this earth over whom the Devil has no power, which frustrates him because it reveals that he is not God. Our lives become a testimony, just as in the book of Acts. Our prayer meetings become like the upper room, and we receive a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit when we ask for it. Pray now with unwavering faith. Put your complete trust in the power of God. He loves you; He will keep you.

Cry Out

Romans 8:15–16: “For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ‘Abba, Father.’ The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” The true believer's inner knowledge says, “I belong to God, and God belongs to me.” There's an inner desire in the true believer's heart to move away from what hinders and move towards that which will glorify Christ. We don't always do it right. We make mistakes, but there's a covering for those moments of frailty, and that genuine cry comes back again into our hearts; we cry out, “Abba Father.” May we be willing to cry out to God in humility continually. Your heavenly Father is waiting to hear from you.

Veterns Day

Ephesians 6:10 says, "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against all the wiles of the devil.” Verse 13 says, “Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." I don't know about you, but I am so thankful for those who have taken up the weaponry they need to defend the freedoms in this country. To every veteran who's listening today or anyone with a veteran in your family, thank you for the excellent service you have done, giving the rest of us freedom. Thank you for the price you have paid so that we can live in the abundance of our God. We love you and say thank you to every veteran today. We're going to pray for you, in Jesus' name.

You Won't Be Sorry

In Luke 13:6–9, Jesus shares this story: “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none. Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard, ‘Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?’ But he answered and said to him, ‘Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it. And if it bears fruit, well. But if not, after that you can cut it down.’ ” For three years, the Lord says I've come searching for fruit, not religion—not a made-up safety, but a genuine conversion, a change of heart, for fruit that can only be born by the Spirit of God. That's what God wants. It's time to allow God to bear the fruit He seeks in our lives. You won't be sorry that you did.

There will be people who have spent time building a testimony of who God is and who are supernaturally enabled to stand above the storms. The Hostility Towards Israel

In Matthew 2:16, we witness the furious response of King Herod to the birth of Jesus, which resulted in the tragic massacre of male children in Bethlehem. The dragon symbolizing Satan mentioned in the book of Revelation harbors great animosity towards Israel, represented by the woman. Our Savior, the apostles, the prophets, and the Word of God were all given to humanity through Israel, which holds a profound significance. The Devil persistently wages war against Israel and her descendants, encompassing Jews and Gentiles today. As believers, we're empowered by the cross, enabling us to triumph over these works of darkness. Our existence testifies to Satan's lack of control and power over us. The hostility towards Israel will soon come to the church of Jesus Christ.

Stay In The House

Luke 8:52–54 says, "Now all wept and mourned for her, but he said, 'Do not weep. She's not dead, but sleeping,' and they ridiculed him knowing that she was dead, so he put them all outside, took her by the hand, and called, saying, 'Little girl, arise.'" When Jesus was getting ready to perform a miracle, He put the people with unbelief and mockery out of the house. These communities are small. I can just see everyone gathered outside of the house, snickering and laughing, and then the people walk out with their little girl, and the people are saying, "What happened?" They responded, "I'm sorry, we can't tell you what happened.” They were so steeped in unbelief that what they were told really didn't matter. They would refuse to give glory to God under any circumstance, and when you don't give God the glory, you will not hear about the miracles. It's time to believe in God again to do the miraculous. It's time to stay in the house.

Today, I want to remind you that our battle is not against people but against spiritual forces and wickedness in the heavenly realm. We should not view people as our enemies but instead recognize that they are influenced by the Spirit of God or the spirit of darkness. There is a spiritual war happening, and we need to be prepared by wearing the full armor of God. It's crucial to understand that the conflicts we witness, including the struggles of Israel and the trials they endure, are all inspired by demonic forces. To truly comprehend this ongoing war, we must lift our gaze beyond the news and the videos that depict these earthly conflicts. We must direct our focus to the spiritual realm, where we fight against powers, principalities, and spiritual wickedness. In this crucial time, let's pray and believe God for victory.
