UFOs have lights because they want to be seen. We wouldn’t be hearing about incursions over military bases if these were ordinary drones. Most of the military has no idea what’s happening.

All modern (legitimate) UFO sightings are Galactic Federation, mostly Pleiadian, Arcturian, Sirian and Andromedan. These are peaceful sightings to get our attention, to be noticed by those who are ready to see, with alternative explanations available for those who aren’t ready yet.

They allow the military to document them for disclosure. Some in the military have been meeting with them. They can change their appearance to blend with humans when they land their crafts on our bases.
