On the subject of skin cancer, stop using sun tan lotion. It is carcinogenic. Don't put anything on your skin that you wouldn't eat (the skin is porous remember). Either cover up/go inside, or make your own. Here is a good one, I use this on my young son who has very pale skin and it works a treat..
