Citric acid is not derived from citrus fruits, as the food industry leads people to believe. It is derived from black mold, and it is poisonous to the human body. A high percentage of packed and processed foods contain this ingredient. Always be sure to check your labels! Or better yet, focus on eating whole foods from the earth! 🌱
