Zimbabwe finally turning a corner after 40 years of economic ruin?

It's good that Zimbabwe is starting to use 22crt gold coins as legal tender, but most of the general population in Zimbabwe will not be able to afford to buy it.
It is only helping and assist the rich who can afford to pay.
The little guys sad to say will miss out and stay poor.
So really how can this boost economy until I see this coin available to all Zimbabweans rich and poor nothing will change.
Very sad.
