what do you say to someone?
what words comfort & help?
not just your situation but many now in many many many situations, all different but the sane pain...
feels like anything said is cliche...

tell them:
keep going?
you can do this?
never ever alone?
your breathe is my breath because i too feel the pain & have felt same pain?
walk thru the pain to get stronger?
use this time alone to go within?
get to know self /reflection of God within?

what do you tell them?

we all feel this pain so your breathing is the rippled breathing of all b/c we are all feeling pain in one form or another.

how do we heal together?
how do we hug & cry in the realms unseen to heal these roots of hurt?

i only know we do it together & that we are never cut off from LOVE inside us ...a connected pure light ball with Creator/God that can never be severed. NO OTHER LOVE FROM ANYONE OUTSIDE OURSELF CAN DO THIS.

LOVE is what heals, LOVE WITHIN IS WHA

Yes how? It seems we go through these trials and tribulations alone. You are my witness, I don't know you but you are a kind soul with the strength in this moment to offer comfort to me, a stranger. This is love, this is how Love wins.

And yes, I feel your words and no words.... it is what it is, and I am where I am. We are where we are.
We breathe together. Invisible and connected.

I tell them we are all so much stronger than we ever thought was possible.
Even when you are hurting physically or emotionally
Even when you are convinced you cannot go one step further
Even when you feel all hope is lost
You can get through the next second the next minute then the next hour and then the next day
Its the time when you cant trust your emotions
its the time you realize no one is physically coming to help you but yourself
Finally it is when you cry out to God and he is right there and has been just waiting to help you the entire time
Im totally speaking from my own trials of which I am currently enduring and I just keep going back to I know I am stronger than this for I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me ❤️
