did anybody else have trouble sleeping last night? i did it was very strange i could not shut down i think i went sleep at 3am

3:30 or so here and have had the same trouble the last few nights. I was exhausted last night as well and still couldnt for some reason. Then when I did fall asleep its never more than 3 hrs or so before i wake up and cant get back to sleep this week :/
