its gotten so bad that we now have to pay a RAIN TAX , im serious we get charged $300 a year “rain tax “ in Pennsylvania.

did ya see Philly' mayor in hot water on the AM news for whining wrt how difficult his job is,
& how he looks forward to RETIREMENT... perhaps he thought he'd get a

(recall in "Harvey", where Elwood P. Dowd gets committed to a sanitarium d/t his cheerful outlook seeming related to booze & his bestie being 6 ft tall white rabbit, the PSYCHIATRIST discloses HIS FANTASY is to run off & have a nubile f. stroke his head, saying NOTHING but that phrase...)
If the CITIZENS of Philly were to opine for HIZZONOR, the MAYOR, just what he'd HAVE to do to be "WALKING A MILE IN MY SHOES",
it'd SCARE him... they'd have to take his phone & "personal security" team for starters:
IT'd be scarier than EBENEZER SCROOGE w/ his ghosts..
