& sifted in chemicals that had microtags..
that you could only see under an electron microscope..
We were going into [Police] property rooms

On cocaine.. Thai Sticks, marijuana, etc.
If we saw the microtags we knew which family it came from..
There were 6 families..
1 of the families wasn’t doing what they said they'd do..
So we made an example of them
& that’s the basis of the movie

that strike to take out that drug-running family.
BTW, Clancy was an acquaintance..
& those stories were based on real operators
that sifted ideas in
& then he concocted stories around them.
The last story he was working on
was about a Manchurian President
when he “died.”
A number of us don’t think that was natural
that he was taken out because of what the story was.
