Also noticed the name of the release is "Big Sur". They've had some major storms in CA and a huge chunk of Hwy at "Rat Creek" in Big Sur just slid into the Pacific Ocean. Follow up article today says that 23 miles of Hwy 1, 11.1 miles past the County line will be closed for months and that 60 different points are seriously damaged.

ahh, ok thank you for sharing that. I knew there were several posts concerning the 11.3. Everybody assumed it meant election but wasn't at all.
