If the moon does a full rotation around earth every 27.3 days, why do we only ever get to see that same shot of the moon?

No matter who takes a pic in whatever country, it's always that same 'man in the moon' face photo.

Like, half way through a month when it's half way rotated, shouldn't we be seeing the arse end shot of the moon?
Nope, same old moon face, every day, every month, every year, every decade.

Yeah, i know. This person just did an amazing job with the colors. it took this person 10 years to capture all of these colors. Not sure if they all had to be supermoons to qualify or if just a regular full moon would work for these pictures as well. I am not a huge moon type person but I thought the colors were cool as well.
