This has to do with the illegality of an occupying force exercising the powers of government of a sovereign nation, which the occupying power is not. This is the TRAP into which the criminal and fraudulent Biden administration has fallen. Faiing to identify themselves as an occupying force, and masquerading as a legitimate government, they have attempted to exercise sovereign powers. This is a war crime, and those who participated in the crime will be treated as hostile combatants, losing their rights as citizens, and allowing their arrest and trial by the military.

So I believe this is the new marker indicated by the timestamp of Q's post. Arrests are coming.
