Deep breathing in rhythm.
In for 6, hold for 3, out for 6 , hold for 3, then extend it to say 8/4 and the 10/5. remember to breathe into your lower lungs / stomach , and try not lift your shoulders when you breathe .
The key is to contol your breathing - it diffintely helps me.
And some good 432 Hz frequency music that helps you breathe in time.
