I live right next to Denver, & the number of apt. bldgs going up in Denver & all around the suburbs is disgusting. Like you said, bulldozing everything down. I just read that Pepsi has sold all their properties here, & those areas are all going to be turned into apts. They are moving into new properties, one in Denver, & one near DIA, which we gave them a one million dollar taxpayer incentive to take. Why? The properties they sold were for over 135 million dollars. I know I am right about Blackrock. I now think they have seized Pepsi. The article said one of the apt. bldgs was going to be 17 stories high. 17 huh? Your comment made me think, what if they are building all of these apts. to house people, because it is going to take a long time to build tons of single family homes. We have had a lot of people leave Denver because they don't want to raise children in apts. I do remember reading about their plan to force us all into cities, & out of rural areas.

You have to lay out the sauce proof around here. No speculative "I know I'm right" fantasia. You think a behemoth like Vanguard, Blackrock, or State Street was somehow magically 'taken over' by "white hats" without a smidgen of ripple in the information field, you better have solid evidence to ground your postulate.
Same goes for Pepsico, a multi-billion dollar multi-national corporation in cabal hands for decades. Shock us and bring on the PROOF.
